I received both the B.S. and the M.S. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, and double Ph.D. degrees from HIT and University of Groningen. Before joining SYSU, I worked successively in City University of Hong Kong, Southeast University, and Delft University of Technology. I also visited the Institute of Systems Science, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Intelligent Biomimetic Design Lab, College of Engineering, Peking University, for weeks.
